Very good. Storm knockout internet. Mgmt rebooted and fixed immediately. Need to bring soap for shower next time. Loved golf tags on wall especially Northville Hills- my hometown

Extremely satisfied with the place! So close to all the courses we played and plenty of room for the 12 of us. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great location and plenty of beds/bathrooms for a group of 12. Only issue was a delayed check-in, due to the property cleaning service being contacted late on the day of previous guest’s departure (our arrival day). Prompt service to give the issue attention, however.

I love this house! The location is great. Neighbors are friendly. We have stayed here several times. This year we were a little disappointed with the condition. Trash was in several bedrooms under the beds, bath towels smelled sour, oven had grease dripping from the door, mattress pads in two of the bedrooms had unwashed urine stains, and the double beds sink into the middle of the bed.
I would stay here again, but I would wash towels and mattress pads upon arrival.

It was very- good- great golf, the house was super convenient to everything we wanted to do.

We were in town for a family wedding and had a houseful of people. It was clean, pleasant and the location was wonderful. The rental company answered questions quickly and were very nice. I would highly recommend it.

We were 100% satisfied with this property. The location is perfect, the home is set up for groups of golfers and/or large family gatherings. The quiet neighborhood provides the perfect place for morning walks, coffee/tea on the porch, and a lovely backyard area for BBQ's. Having 4 1/2 baths makes getting ready for anything so much easier as each 3 of the baths are connected to a bedroom for privacy. The bedrooms are upstairs have a variety of bed sizes that will be great for a group of men or women who are in Pinehurst for golf to sleep individually or for a family to have a child in the room with them or to have a "bunkhouse" of children in a bedroom with 3 others. The home is well furnished and spacious. It is equipped with everything you may need for your stay.

I have only great things to say about VRBO and the rental I had for Pinehurst. I had a clean, safe, house EXACTLY like the pictures in the VRBO listing. The prices were very clear with no hidden charges.
Nothing wrong and everything was perfect from the location, keyless lock entry, all bedrooms and bathrooms, to the kitchen and great wifi and television!!!
If you need a place this large please check this one out. The house is less than 5 minutes drive to Pinehurst #2 and the main drag of restaurants while being in a quiet street. There is a signal light at the main entrance so no problem getting onto the main road. There is no scenic views but that's not why I wanted this house. Our trip and this house will never be forgotten.

Our experience was just ok. House was clean but really dated. Location was close to golf which was positive. The big negative was there was no cable tv. Guys on golf trips would like to watch sports. This was the big disappointment.

Excellent kitchen, nice layout with individual beds for 12 male golfers. Downstairs common area is a little tight, for 12, but the space available is well thought out. GREAT service support from Sandhills Rentals. Ample bedroom space upstairs. not much space out back for entertaining during perfect weather, but we made good use of the gas grill. BEST LOCATION EVER!

From the time I booked the rental to the time we checked out, we were taken care of. Great communication, home in excellent condition, no issues. Already planning our next visit to Pinehurst and will for sure use Sandhills Rentals again!

We rented this house for our family reunion with people of all ages. It was perfect!! Lots of beds and even a bonus bedroom/closet!! Worked out great for the baby. Everything was clean and in good working order. We had no issues over our 5 night stay. Kitchen was well equipped, not fancy but met all our needs. We all had a fabulous time. Definitely would recommend it for big groups.

We were very pleased with everything about the house. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do.

We had 12 golfers for our stay and it was a great stay for us playing Pinehurst. House was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, cooking utensils, grill and seating area. Close to Pinehurst town perfect for 12 golfers.

The main issue was Pots and Pans were not usable as they were dirty and rusted. we had to purchase pots/pans. On the last morning of stay the thermostat was lowered the night before by automatic schedule so house was chilly through night and morning departure, I would recommend allowing heat to be utilized up until guest departure time.

We rented this space for a group to stay over a wedding weekend. The space was excellent and provided a nice amount of beds and bathrooms. The pool table was a nice option as well. Everything was clean and in excellent shape.

Amazing home with plenty of space and an abundance of beds in every room. This home is literally around the corner from Pinehurst - way closer than we'd even hoped.

I booked this place because of the size, I actually live not to far from it but had family come down from New England area and wanted a place where we could all be together as my house isn't large enough. Everything was clean, worked and was as described, which I have found on other rentals to not be the case. The property manager Tod was easy to work with and very accommodating to my requests. I highly recommend this house.

This house was really great for a group of 8. Plenty of room, enjoyed the pool table, ideal location.

Only downside was the tv was out, but that didn't affect us much. Poker was better than watching a ballgame anyways.

Our group of 24 players were split evenly between Monticello and 3 Condos in Pinehurst and let me tell you - although our team lost, we WON on accommodations. The location was perfect for the courses we played, easy access to the Village, larger enough to host pairings for the next day and enough room for all of us to mingle, play cards, pool and catch up. Every 5 years we're coming back down to the Sandhills area and will ALWAYS check to see of this property is available.
