• What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or change your rental anytime up to 24 hours before the rental starts and receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and then the balance left will be returned to your credit card. Please read our full Customer Policy for more details. We do not accept cancellations after clubs are picked up from the stores.
• If I golf early in the morning one day but your location opens later than my tee time can I pick up the clubs the evening before?
Yes. A one-day rental is 24 hours in duration. So, if you book the clubs at 6pm one evening you have them until 6pm the next evening. Simply choose the time for pick-up and drop-off that works the best for your schedule. You may also choose to have the clubs delivered to the rental house or the golf course for an additional fee of $25 per set.
• Can I return the clubs I rented at one location to a different location?
Unless it is arranged prior to the rental pick-up date with a Sandhills Rentals representative the clubs must be returned to the same location where they were picked up
• What is included in a rented club set?
Sets will differ slightly, but each set at a minimum includes a driver, 3 wood, irons, wedge, putter and a bag.
