How do I access the property?
Check in information will be emailed to the group leader 48 hours prior to arrival or available on the Dack App. All homes use a keypad or lockbox. Codes will be texted and emailed the morning of the stay at 8am.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance by Sandhills Rentals.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly homes and must be approved in advance. Approved pets are subject to a non-refundable pet fee.
What is provided in the home?
We provide: Bed linens, bath towels, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
Guests should bring: Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Laundry detergent, coffee, and personal items.
What is a security deposit and when does it get refunded?
A security deposit is taken 30 days prior to the stay to cover potential damages. If applicable, it is typically refunded within 1-2 weeks after departure.
We also offer a $69 Damage Waiver that covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage. Damage must be reported before check-out. The Damage Waiver is non-refundable and does not cover intentional damage, policy violations, or personal items.
When are payments due?
50% payment is due after booking. Remaining balance plus refundable security deposit is due 30 days before arrival.
What if I leave something behind?
We’re happy to return items left behind after your stay. Items that fit in a standard flat-rate box can be shipped for a $45 fee covering packaging, handling, and shipping. For larger items, guests have 48 hours from notification to arrange pickup or shipping. Unclaimed items are held for 30 days, after which they may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
