CANCELLLATION AND CHANGE POLICY FOR TEE TIMES:
Changes in your golf itinerary or request for a change must be made through Sandhills Rentals during normal business hours. Changes made after the package is reserved will result in a change fee. Changes and cancellations must be made by email. Any cancellations or changes within 20 days of arrival may not be refundable depending on course policy, including weather related cancellations.
*Please note this cancellation policy only applies to tee times and does not apply to the housing portion. Cancelling a trip 60 days or less will result in the loss of part of your groups total. Since all packages are customizable, the amount depends on the groups specific package and housing.
