Our annual golf was not disappointed with this location, 4 guys 4 bedrooms , plenty of room to hang out, inside and out, we enjoyed time by the outdoor fire pit, grilled dinner 3 nights which was great, house was very clean, only possible need would be a larger non stick frying pans since cooked breakfast every morning, will definitely be tops on our list for next years trip

This gorgeous home was exactly as described online! Very spacious, well taken care of, and a comfortable 15 minute walk to the Village of Pinehurst. The home had everything we needed from cookware to linens. We loved having the porch to drink our morning coffee as much as sitting in the sunroom to have breakfast. The kitchen was so functional for a family of 7.The bedroom layout worked perfectly for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay in such a beautiful town!

Whether coming to Pinehurst to golf or a family retreat, this home is ideally located…..three blocks from the dining and shopping in the Village of Pinehurst,  one mile from the Pinehurst Country Club clubhouse, two blocks from the Pinehurst Brewing Company, and a 3 to 5-minute car ride to Starbucks, a full-service grocery store (Harris Teeter), and numerous dining and carry out options.  The beautiful fully equipped home offers a nicely landscaped outdoor patio/yard with a grill, seating area, dining area, and fire pit.  The home interior features 4 bedrooms, each with Smart TVs, wifi, updated appliances including a washer and dryer, a Carolina room, and a gas fireplace. Please no more than four cars are parked at the vacation home. Primary Bedroom- Queen, en-suite Bedroom 2- Queen Bedroom 3- Queen Bedroom 4- Full For insurance and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a background check. This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to Pinehurst. The home is very close to the Pinehurst Brewery, which my husband loved. Food and beer there is great! The village of Pinehurst was very neat to see, lots of local shops. We were able to relax and spend time together after our long days of sightseeing and golfing. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the home. We had some questions before we arrived and Taylor was great with answering all of our questions! We will absolutely be back.

We had a great time in this house! Almost perfect other than the Murphy bed. I would suggest a new mattress. It was sunk in and not comfortable for the person sleeping in it. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever!

Great place to stay in Pinehurst, NC! Five bedrooms with 8 beds is great for a buddy trip. Ping pong, foosball and card table downstairs with another living room and big screen downstairs. Gas grill out back and a nice screened in porch to enjoy morning coffee. The rental company responded to a refrigerator issue immediately only to find out the bar that locks in the slot at the top wasn’t allowing the doors to close properly and we didn’t notice it (our mistake). Again, great house in quite neighborhood!

House was perfectly suited for 8 people. Proper amount of beds and having 3.5 bathrooms was very nice. Kitchen space is ample. Check-in and Check-out procedure was simple and easy. House is in very good shape and has plenty of supplies to enjoy cooking, playing ping pong, cards etc. Large TV upstairs and downstairs allowed for our groups to enjoy March Madness and have our own spaces. Location was very convenient to grocery, restaurants and the area.

Overall the rental property worked out well for our family. There were enough rooms to accommodate all 10 people with room to spare. The children enjoyed all the activities and had a great time playing in the back yard. There were a couple of negatives to address. Number one was the lack of information sharing from Sandhill Rentals. One of our daughters and her family traveled from Colorado in a motor home. We found out after the fact that we couldn't have the motor home in the driveway of the property. This was pointed out to us by the family across the street who posted pictures of all three of our vehicles parked well within the rental property boundaries. Even though the house next door had ten vehicles parked in their yard and out on the street with no mention of this by the neighbors. By the way, the pictures included some of our personal information they published on a public website. I am very disappointed with Sandhills Rentals for not making us aware of the local restriction on parking RV's in the neighborhood and for me having to contact them multiple times to get the garbage can emptied. I am also upset with the neighbors across the street for not approaching us to inform us about the restriction, instead of going straight into embarrassing us and the property owners on a public forum. Both have represented the Pinehurst community in a very negative way. I can assure you we will not be using your agency again for any future visits my family makes to the Pinehurst area.

Unfortunately, your reservation fell over a holiday week, the issue with the trash was resolved the same day of your request. Moving forward we will work on bettering our communication regarding Pinehurst and the restrictions they enforce in order to make our community a desired vacation spot. We had a great time in this house! Almost perfect other than the Murphy bed. I would suggest a new mattress. It was sunk in and not comfortable for the person sleeping in it. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever!

House was perfectly suited for 8 people. Proper amount of beds and having 3.5 bathrooms was very nice. Kitchen space is ample. Check-in and Check-out procedure was simple and easy. House is in very good shape and has plenty of supplies to enjoy cooking, playing ping pong, cards etc. Large TV upstairs and downstairs allowed for our groups to enjoy March Madness and have our own spaces. Location was very convenient to grocery, restaurants and the area.

Great place to stay in Pinehurst, NC! Five bedrooms with 8 beds is great for a buddy trip. Ping pong, foosball and card table downstairs with another living room and big screen downstairs. Gas grill out back and a nice screened in porch to enjoy morning coffee. The rental company responded to a refrigerator issue immediately only to find out the bar that locks in the slot at the top wasn’t allowing the doors to close properly and we didn’t notice it (our mistake). Again, great house in quite neighborhood!

We scheduled 4 nights and 4 rounds of golf in Pinehurst. Just 8 friends going back over 3 decades. The Lake House worked nicely, plenty of beds,bathrooms and common space. Downstairs was a pool table and card table and outside there was a pool.
The house had recently been redecorated and remodeled so the bathrooms and finishes were up to date and nice. The kitchen however looked original but was easy to use. There were plenty of glasses, silverware and dishes. There were very few food items (spices,oil, vinegar etc) but in this day and age that's understandable.
The area was very quiet and the view was excellent. It was pretty overlooking the lake. The location was convenient to area golf courses and Pinehurst village dining. I am sure we would stay again.

The only thing is there were crab leg shells outside on the upstairs and downstairs patio. However, the inside of the house was very clean. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home.

We have stayed here before but not since the upgrades. House is nice and having the pool on the lake is a huge plus. The money put into the house was great, especially the removal of the trees as we are avid yard game players. Even with the upgrades, there are still some room for improvements. The wood on the porch and especially the stairs to the pool need to be replaced. We had a guy cut his foot pretty good on the stairs at the pool. Also, better lighting for the back and side yards at night. We like to hang out after dark and it just wasn't possible. Ideally the house would have 2 more beds to accommodate our group better as well.

Spacious house. With comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen , laundry room etc.Pool and lake wonderful. Plenty of hot water, the kids all loved the fabulous bath tub and showers. Very convenient to all the shops but in a quiet location. Private lake so no commercial boat rentals available, water low enough to walk into lake with our own kayaks. Deck will need renovating very soon.

We scheduled 4 nights and 4 rounds of golf in Pinehurst. Just 8 friends going back over 3 decades. The Lake House worked nicely, plenty of beds,bathrooms and common space. Downstairs was a pool table and card table and outside there was a pool.
The house had recently been redecorated and remodeled so the bathrooms and finishes were up to date and nice. The kitchen however looked original but was easy to use. There were plenty of glasses, silverware and dishes. There were very few food items (spices,oil, vinegar etc) but in this day and age that's understandable.
The area was very quiet and the view was excellent. It was pretty overlooking the lake. The location was convenient to area golf courses and Pinehurst village dining. I am sure we would stay again.

Our party of 10 had plenty of room to relax and be together if we wanted to. The location of the home is the best feature, so close to Pinehurst Resort and The Cradle. We loved the game room with TV and pool table. There were plenty of beds for everyone to have their own!

Our party of 10 had plenty of room to relax and be together if we wanted to. The location of the home is the best feature, so close to Pinehurst Resort and The Cradle. We loved the game room with TV and pool table. There were plenty of beds for everyone to have their own!

Great house for a golf weekend! We had ten people coming from as far away as New Jersey and the house was perfect. The game room is the right size for 10-12 people and allows for watching sports, playing pool, foosball, cards, etc. Whatever your group enjoys. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen and backyard grill is ample for whatever you desire. We've stayed here three different times and we'll be back again next year.

Perfect house for a large group to enjoy pinehurst. Awesome backyard w/grill, big game room with TV. Rental company also great to work with I left some belongings behind and they were super helpful in retrieving and mailing them back to me the next day!

The house is just right for a group of golf guys. Comfortable and all men need: eating area, TV area, 4 bedrooms. Not much on decor since we don’t notice that much anyway. In a residential area so no loud outdoor parties - not a problem for us. And 10 minutes from all the best courses and restaurants.

Todd Camplin was most helpful and responsive. It was nice to meet him, putting a face to a name. The house was in excellent shape. It was what we expected. I would definitely recommend this property. The circular driveway made jockeying four cars convenient.

This 4 bed/4 bath home offers peace, quiet and plenty of space for a group of 8 looking to get away. This open floor plan is great for entertaining! The large living room offers a mounted flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and sitting room with game table. Grill and relax on the private back deck and patio, or enjoy watching the world go by on the front porch rocking chairs. The home is great for 8 golfers, and located close to several Sandhills area golf courses! Home has a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Please no more than 5 cars at vacation home. Bed configurations are as follows: Primary- 2 Queen Beds. Bedroom 2- 2 Double Beds. Bedroom 3- 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed. Bedroom 4- 2 Queen Beds. Todd Camplin was most helpful and responsive. It was nice to meet him, putting a face to a name. The house was in excellent shape. It was what we expected. I would definitely recommend this property. The circular driveway made jockeying four cars convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at 221 Juniper Creek. The home was very comfortable and in a perfect location. The back deck was perfect to enjoy the afternoon sun watching golfers on the putting green behind us. Marcus and Taylor were very helpful when the door lock gave us trouble. The home is in need of some attention and maintenance, for example the wood on the back deck. We were also surprised by the limited dishes for a 3 bedroom house.

Wonderful. The photos didn’t lie. Clean, neat, organized, meticulously furnished.

Missing: Keurig coffee maker... could not get the one to make coffee... and i tried many times.
Missing: shampoo, conditioner in shower.
Missing: clear instructions for gas fireplace... was chilly and that would have made it cozy.
Missing: simple front door keypad. Took 20 minutes to open. Terrible system.

The minute I walked in the house it felt like home. This is truly a wonderful four-bedroom house. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the main golf complex at Pinehurst, the Village of Pinehurst and multiple eateries. The house itself has plenty to offer. You can easily tell, it has been recently updated. TVs throughout the house, including the garage, which has been turned into a game room. Great place to relax and enjoy a beverage after a great day of golf. If you choose to stay in for dinner, there is a grill out back on the patio. Our stay was Awesome, not only do I recommend this house, I booked it already for next year.Five stars

We had 6 ladies come stay at the house for a spa weekend. This house is perfectly laid out for this amount of people. The three bathrooms gave us all ample space for getting ready. The house is extremely clean and meticulously maintained. The carpet seemed to be brand new and there was not one scratch on the walls. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and the location could not be beat. Walkable to town and various amenities. Thanks again for a great weekend. We will certainly be back!

My family of 7 (3 couples and a single) stayed at the Scotsman for a Sandhills graduation weekend. We were able to walk to the village and to the Friday at 5 concert in a park within 10 minutes or so. Perfect location and extremely clean. The carpet upstairs seemed to brand new. The bedrooms were large. Yard and deck were great for lounging around and catching up over cocktails. The yard was perfect to play cornhole. Great weekend stay. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back again.

Beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. House was very clean. We were there for a quick weekend so we didn't have a lot time to spend at the house during the day, but there are board games and outdoor games provided. We visit Pinehurst often for weekend trips and we will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this cottage in Pinehurst. Appears to be newly renovated and everything felt very fresh and clean. Plenty of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed walking to dinner both nights. Also enjoyed Camelot Playground, which is walkable. Would definitely stay here again!

We just finished the best four day golf trip of our lives staying at the very comfortable Scotsman Cottage at 75 Dundee Rd in Pinehurst. Felt just like home- four comfortable bedrooms with three full baths , really comfortable towels and sheets, updated kitchen, plenty of off street parking, and easy walk to Pinehurst Village and eating spots such as the Pinehurst Brewery. We also appreciated being close to Sacred Heart Church for Sunday Mass. After our rounds we looked forward to lounging in living room watching football and baseball playoffs on the nice sized HD TV. Also one in the dining room. Interior temp vey comfortable as nights were getting a bit cool. I would give it a five start rating without hesitation and can’t wait for our next stay there in the spring.

This house was great for a long golf weekend! Being able to walk to both the Pinehurst Brewery & Maxie’s Grill for a post round drink & bite to eat was very convenient. The newly renovated living space was comfy & well suited for watching the football games at night. Definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a golfing getaway in Pinehurst! And also Longleaf & Southern Pines Golf Club were awesome tracks to play!"

The property is as described. I only used the master bedroom, and the bed was comfortable and bedding was new. Great location. Could comfortably sleep 6+. I would suggest a grill and pod coffee maker. I am very picky, and would recommend this property and would stay here again.

We loved our stay at The Scotsman! I felt like I was half a world away while we were there. The location can't be beat. It is an easy, short and beautiful walk to the quaint downtown village area, which boasts a variety of shopping and dining options. The house itself is excellent, very clean, and we found it very accommodating for our family. The beds were comfortable, which is extremely important to me when I'm away from home. All linens were plush and of high quality. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed eating and hanging out on the deck in the evenings. The landscape is beautiful and the neighborhood lends itself to a leisurely post-dinner stroll. We will most definitely be back!

We LOVED our stay! VERY clean house with new carpet and well cared for. It was perfect for our group of 7 girls for a spa weekend. We had 6 ladies come stay at the house for a spa weekend. This house is perfectly laid out for this amount of people. The three bathrooms gave us all ample space for getting ready. The house is extremely clean and meticulously maintained. The carpet seemed to be brand new and there was not one scratch on the walls. We were there for a quick weekend so we didn't have a lot time to spend at the house during the day, but there are board games and outdoor games provided. My family of 7 (3 couples and a single) stayed at the Scotsman for a Sandhills graduation weekend. We were able to walk to the village and to the Friday at 5 concert in a park within 10 minutes or so. Perfect location and extremely clean. The carpet upstairs seemed to brand new. The bedrooms were large. Yard and deck were great for lounging around and catching up over cocktails. The yard was perfect to play cornhole. Great weekend stay. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Cathedral cottage over Labor Day weekend. My husband is an avid golfer and thoroughly enjoyed his time playing golf. I prefer to shop and had a terrific time shopping in Pinehurst and nearby Southern Pines. The accommodations were perfect! The view of the golf course from the back of the house is spectacular. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching the view. The house is spotless and well equipped. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. We will definitely stay at Cathedral Cottage again!

Very nice, each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Lots of room with large kitchen and counter seating for eight plus. The view of the course wonderful from not only the enclosed porch but the entire open concept kitchen/living/dining area. Very convenient to the Fair Barn and rest of must see and do in Pinehurst.

Our “home” felt just like home. It was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of course #5. The house has an easy flow of space, allowing privacy and yet a feeling of comradery with your house mates. The house is clean and cozy.

We've stayed at properties managed by this group for the last 2 years and have had great experiences. Check-in/check-out expectations were clearly delineated, the house was nicely furnished and clean, and communication was seamless. They offered to assist with making tee times as well, though we were already set from that aspect. We look forward to our next visit to Pinehurst and staying here (or at another of their properties if our group size changes) again.

My husband & I wanted to take a little getaway. It was a short & easy ride from our home in Southport. My husband had a fantastic time playing golf & he even got to play the Cradle. I’m not a golfer, but I had a wonderful time shopping in Pinehurst & nearby Southern Pines. Cathedral Cottage is a beautiful home! We loved the view of the golf course and really enjoyed sitting out on the porch. The house is spotless & well appointed. We can’t wait to rent it again for our next visit!

This property is great - it was clean and well decorated. Nothing is better than sitting on the porch (enclosed) either early in the morning with coffee or late at night with a glass of wine and not worrying about any bugs. Can watch golfers throughout the day and look out on a pond. Great location - close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

This house is wonderful for families or a group of friends. The house is placed right on the golf course by a pond and you can sit on the spacious porch and watch golfers or just enjoy the wonderful scenery. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and great for a large group to cook and share a meal together. Everything was very clean and the home was in a nice central location.

House was nice and as described. Fit our needs nicely for our group. Location was excellent.
One downfall was the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the entire house. The first floor ranged from 72 at night to 76 during the day which was fine. However the upper levels where the bedrooms were located was always between 78 and 82 at all times. A few guys slept on couches on the lower floor due to that.
We called for service the last day but they couldn't make it out until the following day when we left.

This is a beautiful home with a spectacular view. The description speaks for itself - the home is well maintained, clean and well kept. The owners have a beautiful piece of history it's a great blend of iconic with modern amenities. Our family of 9 had an incredible week filled with memories. There's plenty of space to spread out, yet also great space to gather for meals, games, and fun. The owners and Sandhills are so kind and responsive - they make a great team. The walk to the village each day was always filled with sights. Loved eating and exploring the shops around. And the golf! So many extraordinary courses. It was a bucket list trip for sure! What a great trip! 4 couples in an amazing house, great location. Plenty of room for all of us and the assistance with the tee times was a bonus. Property manager worked with us to transfer and change all of our plans due to our earlier scheduled trip being canceled because of COVID. A group of (10) friends from western PA traveled to Pinehurst for a wedding. What an amazing week! The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location can not be beat! 12 guys on a golf trip rented this and another property nearby (.5 mile walk) to accommodate all of us having our own bedroom, but this property could easily accommodate all 12 if we wanted to "bunk up". Many of us had our own bathroom as well. Fantastic property and modern house w/ all the amenities needed. Plenty of space for only 6 of us... and could easily hold all 12 for our evening festivities. Can't ask for a better location...literally 10 steps from the 3rd fairway of the Pinehurst #2 course (100 yards from our backyard to the adjacent 6th green). Great central location for everything else which was literally down the road, incl. the Pinehurst Village, Pinehurst Resort, grocery/pharmacy, liquor store, etc.. We did not play any of the PH courses this time around... Sandhills Rentals provided great one-stop-shop service by taking care of all our advanced tee times, including on some of the areas high-end private clubs (CCNC, Forest Creek, Dormie). Would definitely use Sandhills Rentals again next time we're in the area, and this would be the property of choice.

Overall the two families that stayed here agreed that it was a great home. There were of course some really big issues to us though that we found unacceptable. We were in town for a golf tournament with our children. The property had spiders and spider webs in several places in the home. There were other bugs crawling in the home as well.
Our biggest complaint would be the soiled bedding and towels. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, washcloths, and coverlets. We even called the maintenance hotline for someone to replace the items but no one showed up or called. We instead had to wash them ourselves. It was in my opinion gross and not what we had expected of this beautiful property.

The house on 70 Midland Road was well equipped and provided excellent accommodation for our group of 10 (2 families and 1 couple). Sandhills Rentals were easy to work with a arranged early check-in so we could be relaxed prior to our daughter's weeding rehearsal on Friday afternoon. While the location is great on #2 course, the road at the front is quite busy without sidewalks.

Evrything was great!....a lot of fun in the morning hanging out on patio watching the groups come through on hole 3 on Pinehurst No.2. Only area for improvement would be the outdoor grille....we cook alot and grille out when we come...the grille was not 100% and would lonly get to 350...we had to cook steaks inside...

Beautiful spot on Pinehurst #2. Slept 8 guys very comfortably! Todd with Sandhills Rentals was great to work with. He turned us on to a guy named Sean Peterson with who was able to get us advanced tee times at Pinehurst even though we were not in the resort. The house was very clean, large TV's, and a ping pong table in the garage to carry our gambling addiction even further. Thanks Todd, everything was perfect for us!

The location can't be beat and the home is absolutely gorgeous! We slept 8 guys comfortably for a golf trip and could have easily had 4 more. Walking out onto #3 fairway with your coffee in the morning and watching the early tee times cruise by on PH2 is something magical. Tons of old school charm in the furnishings with modern amenities throughout.

House was nice and as described. Fit our needs nicely for our group. Location was excellent.
One downfall was the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the entire house. The first floor ranged from 72 at night to 76 during the day which was fine. However the upper levels where the bedrooms were located was always between 78 and 82 at all times. A few guys slept on couches on the lower floor due to that.
We called for service the last day but they couldn't make it out until the following day when we left.

Rented this house for my wedding weekend. It was perfect for my family. The location was amazing for everyone to get around. The house had plenty of space. Our whole family nine (9) of us, had a golf retirement weekend for my husband. I rented the Trolley house and it was perfect! There was plenty of room for our three families. This is a beautiful home with a spectacular view. The description speaks for itself - the home is well maintained, clean and well kept. The owners have a beautiful piece of history it's a great blend of iconic with modern amenities. Our family of 9 had an incredible week filled with memories. There's plenty of space to spread out, yet also great space to gather for meals, games, and fun. The owners and Sandhills are so kind and responsive - they make a great team. A group of (10) friends from western PA traveled to Pinehurst for a wedding. What an amazing week! The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location can not be beat! 12 guys on a golf trip rented this and another property nearby (.5 mile walk) to accommodate all of us having our own bedroom, but this property could easily accommodate all 12 if we wanted to "bunk up". Many of us had our own bathroom as well. Fantastic property and modern house w/ all the amenities needed. Plenty of space for only 6 of us... and could easily hold all 12 for our evening festivities. Can't ask for a better location...literally 10 steps from the 3rd fairway of the Pinehurst #2 course (100 yards from our backyard to the adjacent 6th green). Great central location for everything else which was literally down the road, incl. the Pinehurst Village, Pinehurst Resort, grocery/pharmacy, liquor store, etc.. We did not play any of the PH courses this time around... Sandhills Rentals provided great one-stop-shop service by taking care of all our advanced tee times, including on some of the areas high-end private clubs (CCNC, Forest Creek, Dormie). Would definitely use Sandhills Rentals again next time we're in the area, and this would be the property of choice.

12 guys on a golf trip rented this and another property nearby (.5 mile walk) to accommodate all of us having our own bedroom, but this property could easily accommodate all 12 if we wanted to "bunk up". Great house that backs up to 3rd hole on course #2. The house had plenty of rooms and different HVAC zones to allow everyone to be comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again!!

Home was perfect for a group of 8 guys for a college reunion. Matt and Jordin were great and responsive throughout the booking process. The home is great for a large group with ample space. Morning coffee was great watching golfers start their rounds on#2. Close and convenient to all there is in the village. Will return.

Rented 70 Midland for a week in early March and had a fantastic time! Great location! Great house! Great golf! The place has everything you need. The house on 70 Midland Road was well equipped and provided excellent accommodation for our group of 10 (2 families and 1 couple). Sandhills Rentals were easy to work with a arranged early check-in so we could be relaxed prior to our daughter's weeding rehearsal on Friday afternoon. While the location is great on #2 course, the road at the front is quite busy without sidewalks.

This house was perfect...better than advertised! We stayed during the North South Am and were able to enjoy some family time with friends after long hot days on the course. Location is ideal - no traffic circle woes and it's BEAUTIFUL to sit on the back porch at sunrise and sunset. We would love to return here soon! Key things for us: great bathrooms, laundry room, awesome kitchen with plenty of room, 2 King beds!! Great family room.

Beautiful spot on Pinehurst #2. Slept 8 guys very comfortably! Todd with Sandhills Rentals was great to work with. He turned us on to a guy named Sean Peterson with who was able to get us advanced tee times at Pinehurst even though we were not in the resort. The house was very clean, large TV's, and a ping pong table in the garage to carry our gambling addiction even further. Thanks Todd, everything was perfect for us!

Evrything was great!....a lot of fun in the morning hanging out on patio watching the groups come through on hole 3 on Pinehurst No.2. Only area for improvement would be the outdoor grille....we cook alot and grille out when we come...the grille was not 100% and would lonly get to 350...we had to cook steaks inside...

The location can't be beat and the home is absolutely gorgeous! We slept 8 guys comfortably for a golf trip and could have easily had 4 more. Walking out onto #3 fairway with your coffee in the morning and watching the early tee times cruise by on PH2 is something magical. Tons of old school charm in the furnishings with modern amenities throughout.

Group of 7 stayed with 2 people sharing a room. House was well suited for our golf group. Large dinner table for suppers, 2 fridges,kitchen well equipped, nice area in back to watch hole #3 action. The Trolley House was Great! Well equipped and nicely appointed. We will stay here again. The only thing that could make it better is adding a hot tub!
