Sandhills Rentals, LLC was established in 2009 to better service our clients and we have rapidly grown to become one of the largest property management companies in Moore County. We are passionate about our field, and we are proud to offer our services to those seeking quality property management for Short Term Vacation Rentals, Long Term Residential Rentals and Commercial Property Management. Our staff has over 60 years of experience between us, and we are dedicated to providing the level of service that can offer peace of mind to our clientele. 

 

Marketing- Short Term Rentals are advertised on SandhillsRental.com, Vrbo and Airbnb. Email blasts are sent out monthly to local Realtors and previous guest with new rentals, prices reductions and more. Homes are also featured in Sandcastles, Coldwell Banker’s seasonal magazine! 

Accounting- Each month you will be provided with you monthly rent direct deposits as well as a copy of your statement. Sandhills Rentals has a trust account specifically for your property.  As a Sandhills Rentals Owner you’ll be taken care of when it comes to tax time! We provide a 24 hour owner portal with access to all monthly statements as well as providing your 1099 in a timely manner. 

Communication- Sit back and relax! Sandhills Rentals takes care of all communication with guests and maintenance. We handle inquires, check in/ check out information, reviews, work orders, etc. With multiple sources of communication, we are always available for our guests and our owners.
