207 Linville Gardens is the perfect One bedroom, One bath for your Pinehurst Vacation! It is located on the 1st fairway of the Pinehurst Resort and Country Club’s Course No. 5. Located on the second floor, this condo has beautiful views of the course from its private, furnished deck! Master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, with an opening to the living room. Open concept allows visibility from the kitchen and living room. Being well fully furnished, this home has everything you will need for your vacation.

location was great, view of the golf course and within walking distance to Pinehurst clubhouse. unfortunately the insides had some issues. The floor is not level and the furniture is old and sinks when you sit down which makes it difficult to sit and stand. The bed is not comfortable and squeaks with every move which keeps waking each other up when moving around. The mattress was not flat which made it difficult to sleep as well. This unit is on the second floor which means you take a lot of stairs. the weather was great which made the stay great. the condo was tolerable but not a repeater.

I came into town to visit my son and his family. I wanted to have a place to stay that was clean and comfortable, nearby, but not a cookie cutter hotel. This foot the bill. Quiet pretty area with balcony that I could watch the golfers as I drank my coffee in the morning. Shower was awesome, and kitchen easy to use. Will return in the future, really enjoyed my stay.

Value for the place is great. Didn’t like that the thermostat is locked; refrigerator door needs to be changed to open from right to left; shower door should open away from the shower head; bed is not a top of the line matter; And the living room should have a ceiling fan.
Otherwise...extremely comfortable place; great balcony view to relax; quiet neighbors; excellent location; has everything needed to be there and be comfortable; did not used the kitchen but looks like a great kitchen to cook a nightly meal after golf.

Super clean and cozy. However, we had trouble finding the address. Lighting near the u it number should be kept on. Also, I think Sandhills rental should work out an agreement to allow guests on all the pinehurst courses.

Great recently renovated property close to beautiful Pinehurst. Easy to get to location, walking distance from golf courses and village (dark walk at night). Great balcony that allows you to watch some golf (Pinehurst 5) while you enjoy your coffee. Great property, will return again soon.

Place was very clean and up to date. Great location for Pinehurst golf.
Only complaint was shower door had 10 panels to squeegee and refrigerator goor opened wrong way large person would have a hard time getting into fridg. Enjoyed my stay.

The place was clean, great view of the golf course and in a perfect location. There were some bugs. There was laundry offered but a map of locations would have been nice. As well as the location of the dumpsters. But overall I would stay here again.
